The
Anaheim Museum |

Incorporated in 1982, the museum
takes you back to the old Anaheim providing information about
Anaheim's original German settlers, the establishment of Anaheim
as a wine and citrus colony and the early Disneyland days.
These are illustrated in changing exhibits.
The Anaheim Room of the Museum showcases a chronological history
of the city and its surrounding area from prehistoric times
to the present. Artifacts depicting specific eras are constantly
updated.
The museum also has Children's Outreach Program where they
put up exhibits exclusively for children that would interest
the young visitors. Special workshops are conducted during
the period of exhibitions so that they are able to expand
their knowledge and are exposed to the history in an interesting
and better fashion.
They have two galleries reserved for rotating exhibits coming
from other institutions or other regional sources.

This two-acre theme park is
also popularly known as "The Little Theme Park Just for
Kids," especially targeted for children aged between
2 to 12. The City has been given the look of the small town
in children's book with plenty of attractive rides and attractions.
This little theme park consists of the whole world of adventure,
excitement, entertainment and education for the kids. With
nine exciting rides that spin, twirl and zoom, captivate both
the young and the ones who are young at heart. Other attractions
at Adventure City include: A petting farm that includes a
collection of Sheep, goats, chickens and even a llama, live
children's interactive stage shows at the Adventure City,
face painting, and an arcade where kids of all ages can test
their skills and win fabulous prizes. The miniature airport
terminal at the City educates the kids about the aviation
and how the whole system functions. The city has blended fun
and information together making it an ideal edutainment City.

alike of the living and deceased actors as well as the pop
icons of today, showcased in authentic sound stage sets, props
and costumes. Some of the famous ones include John Wayne and
John Travolta, to Marilyn Monroe and Julia Roberts. Walk through
some of your favorite sets recreated by the talented craftsmen.
Some of the new additions in the museum include: Britney spears
and Julia Roberts Robin Williams, Keanu Reeves, Jim Carrey,
and Ricky Martin!. This museum has treasured the treasures
and memories of over 76 years of cinematic history. A great
place to star gaze, visitors can also visit the Main Street
Gift Shop, offering an outstanding collection of Hollywood
memorabilia and trend setting California souvenirs.

is situated in the Buena Park E-Zones another attraction besides
also being the home of the Famous Knott Berry Farm, Knott
Soak City, and the Movie land Wax Museum. It is the entertainment
capital city of the Southern California attracting lot of
tourists. One of the most unique museum in the world it showcases
hundreds of unusual and unbelievable artifacts. Established
by Robert Ripley, he went around 198 countries collecting
the unique collections of oddities that would create fabulous
world of" Ripley believe it or not". This museum
was opened in September 1990 the museum exploits the bizarre
and freakish aspects of life. There are hundreds of rare and
unusual artifacts, some which are unavailable, anywhere else
in the world. Some of the weirdest things you can se here
are the candle-head man, the human unicorn, the shrunken head.

This urban galleria homes the
Orange County Museum of Art that showcases the exhibits and
artwork of the prominent artists for patrons in Costa Mesa.
Incorporated in 1996 this full satellite gallery displays
revolving exhibits the whole year round. Located in the plaza
itself the museum provides a good break for the people coming
there for shopping. The exhibits include antique paintings
to modern art.

A museum, that showcases information
about the sport and display's historical-to-modern collection
of equipments used. The International Surfing Exhibit celebrates
the sport's diversity as demonstrated at the International
Surfing Association World Championship, where surfers from
as many as 40 countries compete. View the Swiss team's "Swiss
Army Knife" surfboard, and related event record from
Morocco, Indonesia, France, and Ireland. Learn and get more
information about surfing as the museum pays tribute to surfing
legends like Duke Kahanamoku; see the surfboards used by him,
the photographs, and a Duke hood ornament.
Other treasures include surfing championship trophies, surfing
movie mementos surfing art - like paintings and sculptures
- and the surfboards. The museum also features exhibits of
skateboarding, skin diving, and the Rendezvous Ballroom Reunion
exhibit.
